When are you open?
Our next ordering night is Saturday 3 October, 6pm to 9pm, for collection and delivery. You can pre-order now. After that, follow @HIGHST3AKS on Instagram and TikTok to hear when we're next open.
Is everything halal?
Yes. All our beef is 100% halal and RSPCA Assured.
How do I order?
Fill in the betting slip on the Order page, pick collection or delivery and a time on our next ordering night, then press “Place your bet”. You get a slip number straight away and we text to confirm.
Do you deliver?
Yes, to addresses within 3 miles of The Brunswick Club on Haldane Road, SW6. Minimum 2 plates, and delivery is free. Enter your postcode on the betting slip to check. See the delivery map.
Where do I collect?
South West Barbershop, Halford Road, SW6. It's opposite McDonald's, just off North End Road. See the map.
How can I pay?
Cash or card, when you collect or when we deliver. Online payment is coming soon.
I have an allergy. Can I still order?
Tell us in the Allergies box on the slip or at the hatch before we cook. Our written allergen information is available on request. See the Allergens page.
Can you cater my event?

Everything is cooked to order, so we can talk you through exactly what goes into your plate before we cook it.

Tell us when you order. Use the “Allergies” box on the betting slip, or tell the crew at the hatch before you pay.

Ask for the written info. Our full allergen information for every steak, sauce and side is available on request at the trailer and by email.

We prep it clean. For a declared allergy we use washed hands, clean tongs, a clean section of the griddle and a fresh, undipped sauce pot.
We cook in a small trailer with shared equipment, so we can't guarantee any dish is completely free from any allergen.

Back to the roots.
For this community link-up, we're going back to where it all started.
The first stop on the tour is The Brunswick Club in Fulham, one of the staples of the community. It's the club where Jamaal played football as a kid. Now we're cooking there.
High St3aks is halal steak and chips done properly: proper cuts, cooked to order, served with a bit of casino swagger. Home ground. Higher st3aks.

Who we are
High St3aks is run by Jamaal Bailey, a sole trader in London. If you have any question about your data, email jamaalb@highst3aks.com.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, mobile number, collection or delivery choice, delivery address if you want delivery, what you ordered, how you're paying, and any allergies you tell us about.
- When you send an event enquiry: your name, email address and the event details you give us.
- When you pay online: your card payment is handled by SumUp. We never see or store your card details.
Why we use it
- To cook, hand over or deliver your order, and to text you about it.
- To answer your event enquiry.
- Allergy details are used only to prepare your food safely. By telling us about an allergy, you agree to us using it for that.
We don't sell your details and we don't send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the site and take payment: SumUp (payments) and Cloudflare (website hosting). If you choose delivery, the person delivering your order sees your name, number and address.
How long we keep it
We delete your contact and address details within 3 months of your order. We keep basic sales records (what was sold, when and for how much) for as long as HMRC requires.
Cookies and your device
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. The site saves a few things on your own device only, like your scratch card result for the day. Clear your browser data and it's gone.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them or ask us to delete them. Email jamaalb@highst3aks.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Refunds and cancellations
- Paid online and need to cancel? Tell us before your collection or delivery time and we'll refund you in full.
- If we can't make your order (we sell out, or something goes wrong on our side), we refund you in full.
- Something wrong with your food? Tell us on the night, at the hatch or on WhatsApp 07487 670729, and we'll put it right.
- Orders not collected without telling us can't be refunded, because we cook every plate to order.
